Sales & Business Development Manager (Entry - Level)

Naztec International Group LLC is seeking a dynamic and motivated, results-oriented Sales & Business Development Manager (Entry Level) to support the growth of our Light Industrial Staffing division . This is an onsite role requiring strong client engagement, relationship building, and the ability to actively represent the company in meetings, events, and business development activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive 20+ in-person prospect visits per day across Palm Beach and surrounding counties
- Build relationships with HR managers, plant managers, and operations directors at manufacturers, distributors, and 3PLs
- Generate leads, set appointments, and close new staffing agreements
- Represent Naztec at local business events and industry meetups
Qualifications:
- Hunger to prospect, follow up relentlessly, and close
- Familiarity with the Palm Beach / South Florida business landscape
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and LinkedIn
- Strong verbal and written communication — you're the face of the brand
- Backgrounds that stand out: rental car, solar sales, door-to-door sales, competitive athletics
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
