Business Delivery Coordinator

About the role The Business Delivery Coordinator is responsible for coordinating a number of administrative tasks to support the US Circular Services team. The Business Delivery Coordinator will be responsible for working with stakeholders to communicate effectively all aspects of customer engagement and operational delivery, project management and tracking, facilitating reporting, scheduling and client satisfaction and various other administrative duties as required. This position will need to accommodate various time zones due to team locations across the globe. What you'll be doing Partner with business leaders to deliver services that support company objectives and that are consistent with Winning Together values. May run, administer and organize project activities in cooperation with and under the direction of the Business Enablement Manager and project leads. Work with internal stakeholders to communicate resources, schedules, and pickup and deliveries of products. Be accountable for project results, staying on-schedule, and maintaining client satisfaction. Assist with creating quotes and estimates for projects and deliverables. Provide reporting to stakeholders on status for work in progress and completed. Work with vendors to provide reporting and project information updates as needed. Provide status reports of any issues or delays against delivery commitments and SLA's. Quickly escape any issues that will negatively affect customer satisfaction. Assist the BEM in coordinating resources required to fulfill project delivery. Embrace and support Computacenter's mission and core values What you have High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service within the IT industry. Experience with Circular Services/ITAD support is highly desired. Legally eligible to work in the United States Able to coordinate resources. Strong organizational skills. Attention to detail, consistent follow-up on all ongoing activities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills; able to work well with people from many different disciplines. Able to multi-task, stay organized, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong working knowledge of computer system applications (e.g.: Windows, Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint).
