Job Details

• Position: Home Health Registered Nurse (RN)
• Location: Vero Beach, FL 32960
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Shift Duration: 8-hour shifts
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,120 - $2,230
• Setting: Home Health
• On-Call/Weekend Requirement: None
• Mileage Reimbursement: Available between visits

Job Requirements

• Active RN license
• At least 1 year of home health nursing experience
• OASIS knowledge and home health experience required
• Associate degree in nursing or higher
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and documentation skills
• Experience with IVs, wound care, and blood draws is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage a home-based patient caseload

Responsibilities

• Perform start-of-care, resumption of care, and revisit visits
• Complete patient assessments and develop appropriate plans of care
• Document visits accurately and timely in accordance with home health standards and OASIS requirements
• Provide skilled nursing care in the home setting
• Coordinate with the interdisciplinary care team to support continuity of care
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered nursing support
• Travel throughout the assigned coverage area to meet patient needs
