We provide mentorship, training, and hands-on experience to help you grow in your career. What You’ll Do Evaluate, plan, and deliver individualized therapy programs. Support and guide Physical Therapist Assistants. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to achieve patient goals. Document progress and maintain productivity standards. Responsibilities Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program. Hold (or are eligible for) an IL state PT license.
