Equipment Mechanic

We’re hiring an Equipment Mechanic to maintain and repair company-owned vehicles and construction equipment. This is a hands-on role supporting fleet reliability, safety, and compliance. Responsibilities Service and repair Peterbilt tractors, flatbeds, and construction equipment Perform diagnostics, inspections, and preventative maintenance Maintain accurate service and maintenance records Ensure compliance with DOT, CHP, SCAQMD, and CARB standards Support fleet readiness for daily operations Requirements Experience working on heavy equipment, trucks, or construction machinery Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair skills Familiarity with regulatory compliance and safety standards Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Benefits Full-time, Monday-Friday schedule Overtime and weekend opportunities as needed Paid time off (PTO) and company holidays Stable, in-person role based in Gardena, CA Supportive, team-oriented work environment Seniority Level Entry level Employment Type Full-time Job Function Other Industries IT Services and IT Consulting Location: Gardena, CA Salary: $74,000.00-$172,000.00 #J-18808-Ljbffr AlphaX
