Neuromuscular Neurologist – SSM Health & SLUCare Physician Group Join our nationally recognized team in St. Louis, Missouri, as a dedicated and compassionate Neuromuscular Neurologist at the state’s only Nationally Certified ALS Clinic. Position Highlights Flexible Schedule with balanced mix of clinic, procedures, and call duties Call Responsibility : 8–10 weeks per year, 1‑week stints; overnight call is taken from home Clinic Focus : Neuromuscular patient care, nerve conduction studies, and EMGs Procedures : 1 dedicated day per week in the EMG lab under the direction of the director Botox Program : large and growing patient population Multidisciplinary Clinic Model : ALS patients receive comprehensive care from dietician, speech therapist, PT/OT, social worker, and clinic director all in a single 4‑hour visit Research Opportunities : protected time available (buy‑down) Pediatric Collaboration : monthly rotation at Cardinal Glennon for pediatric EMG and muscle biopsy Team Expansion : Neuromuscular APP joining post‑Labor Day Mentorship : dedicated mentor and clinic/lab lead Why Join Us?
