What You'll Do

As a shift leader, you'll partner with the management team to help lead all aspects of restaurant operations while ensuring every guest receives exceptional food and service.

Lead shifts while supporting the assistant manager and general manager.

Coach, motivate, and develop team members.

Help train and onboard new employees.

Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns.

Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence.

Monitor labor, food quality, and speed of service during your shift.

Assist with inventory, prep levels, and shift readiness.

Support opening and closing procedures.

Monitor cash handling procedures and ensure company standards are followed.

Lead by example while creating a positive, motivating, and accountable work environment.

Help drive sales, guest satisfaction, and overall restaurant performance.

What We're Looking For

Must be at least 18 years of age. Previous restaurant experience required; leadership experience preferred. Strong leadership and communication skills. Passion for developing people and building winning teams. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Commitment to delivering outstanding guest service. Flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
