Portrait Designer - Inside Sales

Known for over 15 years as the preferred choice for heirloom-quality family portraits, the company is renowned for its welcoming community and unparalleled service. This full-time role is centered around consultative selling, where you'll have the opportunity to connect with clients during pre-scheduled appointments, delivering a luxurious photography experience without the need for lead generation or follow-ups. Key Responsibilities: Engage with clients in-person, presenting image, size, and finish options in a scripted, relaxed sales environment to achieve a 100% close rate. Conduct 45-minute to 1-hour consultations with up to 8 sessions per day, supported by ongoing training and a strong team environment. Contribute to a family-oriented workplace, focusing on delivering exceptional service while enjoying work-life balance, including a 3.5-day work week. Qualifications: Proven sales experience, preferably in art or photography, with robust interpersonal skills and the ability to sell from a script while maintaining an authentic approach. High energy, confidence, and the capability to thrive in a fast-paced, luxury brand setting. Commitment to customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
