I am hiring on behalf of a leading mountain resort seeking an experienced Assistant Banquet Manager to support the execution of high-end banquet and catering operations in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily banquet and F&B operations to ensure smooth service delivery
• Support hiring, training, and supervision of banquet staff
• Assist in scheduling and coordinating teams to meet event requirements
• Ensure high standards of guest service, presentation, and execution
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance standards across all event spaces
• Support inventory control, equipment management, and vendor coordination
• Assist with setup, service, and breakdown of events

Requirements:

• Previous experience in banquets, events, or high-volume hospitality operations
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, seasonal resort environment
• Excellent attention to detail and guest service focus
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Experience in luxury or resort hospitality preferred
