At TBDC, we believe that children learn best through play, exploration, and trial & error. We are looking for folx who share this philosophy to join our dynamic teaching team. Your job will include encouraging creativity, fostering independence, and nurturing the children. There is no job more important in the world. Responsibilities Plan games and activities that are developmentally appropriate Design a daily and weekly schedule Provide basic care and caregiving activities Evaluate children to ensure they are reaching developmental milestones Communicate with parents and update them on their children’s activities Qualifications Previous experience as a daycare teacher or childcare provider Strong understanding of child development Patient, kind, and nurturing Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills First aid/CPR certified We are willing to train the right candidate. While experience is strongly preferred, it is not a requirement.
