Pay Range: $44.15 - $66.25 Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor – Neuroscience TeleStroke Where You Will Work: This position is fully remote. Must be able to deploy to a local Atrium Facility if needed. We’re Looking For: Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing Candidates must have at least 5 years of RN experience, this position is not for new grads Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association Must have NIHSS certification BSN required Experience in critical care, emergency services, and/or care of acute stroke patients Previous leadership experience preferred with the ability to flex hours to support the night shift team What You’ll Do: As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and communication skills while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum. Telestroke RN works collaboratively with the medical team to coordinate appropriate care for acute stroke patients via virtual care About This Location: Remote position that cares for the acute stroke population in the Greater Charlotte Market.
