Computed Tomography Technologist

CT Tech PositionCT Tech needed asap. Under general supervision, specializes in the performance of computerized tomographic radiological procedures on patients. May perform general diagnostic radiology examinations. Performs related duties as required.Must have:Associates degree in Applied Science in RadiologyPeripheral IV insertion experience or be willing to obtain trainingAt least 1 year of experience in hospital settingPrior experience working in a fast-paced environment and independentlyStrong people skills, good communicatorWill be responsible for transporting patients to and from ED. High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is required. Must maintain required hours of continued medical education. BLS. Must be registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) and the advanced registry in Computed Tomography (CT) or registry-eligible.
