This role is ideal for someone who enjoys detailed work, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced office environment.Responsibilities include:Verify account information in accordance with federal and state statutes and company policiesPrepare and enter legal documents accurately into our systemScan, organize, and maintain legal documentationProcess electronic and physical legal correspondencePerform data entry with a high level of accuracyAssist with filing, document preparation, and other administrative dutiesSupport the Legal Department with additional projects as neededWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who is:A high school graduate or equivalentDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsAble to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracyComfortable using computers and learning new softwareAn effective communicator who enjoys working as part of a teamPrevious office, administrative, customer service, or legal support experience is preferred but not requiredWhy Credit Management Services?We believe in investing in our employees.
