Front Desk Receptionist - $16/hr

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join a local resort. If you love providing exceptional customer service and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect opportunity!

Job Duties:

• Welcome guests with a friendly smile and assist with check-in/check-out
• Handle reservations and scheduling
• Manage phone calls and computer tasks (Google Sheets experience a plus)
• Process payments accurately
• Keep the front desk organized and professional
• Perform other duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Customer service superstar with great communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized
• Comfortable with basic computer operations
• Weekend availability required

Schedule:

• Full-Time | Hours (10 AM - 8:30 PM // 12 PM - 8:30 PM)
Must have weekend availability
• Overtime opportunities available!
