Dental Lab Technician – Removable Prosthetics (CDT Required)Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Dental Lab Technician specializing in removable prosthetics to join our high-volume implant and denture laboratory. This position focuses heavily on traditional removable laboratory procedures including wax rims, denture setups, pour-ups, relines, repairs, processing, and implant-retained dentures.The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, works well in a fast-paced environment, and holds an active Certified Dental Technician (CDT) certificationDuties and ResponsibilitiesFabricate removable prosthetics including:Conventional denturesImplant-retained denturesPartial denturesTemporary denturesDenture repairs and relinesPerform wax rims, bite blocks, setups, pour-ups, flasking, processing, finishing, and polishingRepair and adjust removable prosthetics as neededCreate accurate models from impressions provided by the clinicTry-ins and shade matching as neededComplete cases accurately and within prescribed turnaround timesMaintain cleanliness and organization of all lab areas and equipmentFollow OSHA and infection control standards at all timesAssist with shipping, receiving, and case organization as neededEducation and ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredCertified Dental Technician (CDT) certification REQUIREDMinimum 3 years of removable dental lab experience requiredExperience with implant-retained prosthetics strongly preferredExperience with All-on-X cases preferredEnglish fluency required; Spanish bilingual is a plusPhysical RequirementsAbility to sit or stand for extended periods while performing detailed lab workAbility to move throughout the lab as neededAbility to lift up to 25 pounds occasionallyCompany BenefitsCompetitive compensation based on experienceHealth insurance401(k)Paid time offPaid holidaysGrowth opportunities within a modern implant-focused laboratoryDental Lab Technician – Removable Prosthetics (CDT Required) #J-18808-Ljbffr FORT WORTH SITE HOLDINGS LLC
