• Participate in backend business development, ensuring system security and high availability.
• Communicate and understand requirements, support business development, and drive service launch.
• Continuously optimize system architecture and tackle key technical challenges.
• Understand the product pipeline and drive business growth through technology.

• Possess solid programming skills and be able to independently design and develop functional services.
• Understand common Java design patterns and apply them appropriately.
• Proficient in using common Java frameworks and tools, such as SpringBoot, SpringCloud, SpringMVC, etc.
• Familiar with database principles and related optimization solutions, proficient in SQL statements, and familiar with caching, queues, etc.
• Strong sense of responsibility towards software products, good communication skills, and excellent teamwork ability.
• Prior experience in payment channel integration is preferred.
