Senior Creative Specialist (Graphic Design)

SUMMARY The Senior Creative Specialist is responsible for shaping and executing the visual expression of the brand across all channels. This role requires both creative leadership and hands‑on execution, moving seamlessly from concept through final delivery. You will lead concept development, build scalable design systems, and produce high‑impact work across campaigns, digital platforms, and sales materials—ensuring consistency, quality, and clarity across every output. This role reports to marketing leadership, who provides final brand direction and prioritization. RESPONSIBILITIES Creative Direction & Concept Development Lead concepting, campaign ideation, and visual direction development Translate product and brand strategy into clear, cohesive creative proposals Present and refine creative direction in partnership with marketing leadership Design & Execution Execute high‑impact creative across digital and print, including campaigns, lookbooks, email, social, presentations, and event collateral Contribute to day‑to‑day production needs while maintaining a high level of design quality Prepare accurate, production‑ready files across formats Creative Ownership & Brand Stewardship Own projects from concept through final delivery Ensure consistency, quality, and alignment across all brand touchpoints Identify opportunities to elevate the work and strengthen the brand Systems & Collaboration Build and refine templates, tools, and systems that support efficient, scalable output Partner cross‑functionally with marketing, product, and sales to deliver thoughtful, on‑brand materials Balance creative quality with speed, volume, and business needs REQUIREMENTS 5–8+ years of experience in graphic design, brand design, or related roles Strong portfolio demonstrating both conceptual thinking and executional excellence Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) Experience across print and digital with strong production knowledge Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced, high‑output environment Strong design fundamentals, attention to detail, and communication skills WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR A designer with a clear creative point of view and the ability to execute at a high level Someone who brings structure and intention to the work, not just output A strong owner who takes accountability from concept through final delivery A collaborative partner who raises the standard across every touchpoint WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE The brand shows up with greater consistency, clarity, and visual impact Creative work reflects a high level of polish, intention, and cohesion Campaigns feel considered and connected across channels Systems and templates improve efficiency without sacrificing quality #J-18808-Ljbffr
