Lee Summit, MO | Hybrid/Remote Position | This position begins with required in-office training. Upon successful completion, the role transitions to a hybrid/remote schedule. Equipment is provided after training.

The Client Support Representative position is the heart of client communication providing vital administrative support and compassionate guidance to individuals during some of the most challenging times in their lives.

What Youll Do
Youll act as a bridge between clients, our firm, and the Social Security Administration (SSA), ensuring accurate case tracking, timely communication, and exceptional client service.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as a professional liaison between clients and the Social Security Administration (SSA)
• Respond to client inquiries with empathy, clarity, and professionalism
• Collect and document case information accurately and efficiently
• Track deadlines and prepare timely correspondence
• Maintain and update case files in our system with precision
• Perform administrative tasks to support effective case management
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client experiences
• Assist with additional duties as needed to support clients and the firm

Qualifications:

• Prior customer service experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

• Critical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
