Line Cook PositionThe Line Cook position is responsible for assisting the back-of-house team with preparing ingredients and high-quality food in a timely, efficient, sanitary, and consistent manner. This role plays a critical part in ensuring an excellent dining experience for our guests by executing menu items according to established recipes and standards.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and quality standards.Ensure all food is cooked to the proper temperature and presentation.Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies before and during service.Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.Maintain a clean and organized workstation.Communicate effectively with the kitchen team and front-of-house staff to ensure timely service.Handle food storage, labeling, and rotation to minimize waste.Support closing and cleaning procedures, including equipment sanitation and trash removal.Other duties as assigned.
