Description Responsibilities may include supervising any area of the food and beverage function within the hotel. - Experience & Knowledge: Previous background in Food & Beverage, with skills in bar management and beverage preparation
- Operational Expertise: Ability to oversee F&B set-up and strike, as well as bar areas with confidence
- Adaptability: Strong multitasking skills and the ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Guest Focus: A guest-oriented mindset paired with excellent customer service skills and business acumen
- Technical Skills: Comfort working with Microsoft Office to support daily operations
- Teamwork & Leadership: A collaborative spirit, positive working relationships, and the ability to inspire colleagues
- Schedule: Primarily PM shifts, with flexibility to work weekends as needed
- Compensation: $17.50/hour
