RN Supervisor

Mon. – Fri. Full time $10,000. Sign On Bonus! Presbyterian Village, a Premier Retirement Community located in Austell, GA is seeking experienced, compassionate, and professional RN Supervisor with strong leadership skills who enjoys working with seniors for a fulltime Monday - Friday position working 3pm-11pm.

Duties will include supervising the day-to-day nursing activities performed by Certified Nursing Assistants and LPN's by assessing, planning, delegating and utilizing independent judgment in directing staff to provide appropriate care for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

Chart information regarding resident: progress, diagnoses, medication, symptoms, and observations.

Administer medications as needed.

Discuss with supervising nursing staff the progress of residents, plan of care, and care continuum.

Provide various treatments as recommended by the physician.

Perform physical assessments of residents.

Handle admissions and/or discharges should the need occur.

Nursing Supervisor (RN) qualifications include:

Current Georgia RN License 2 years of supervisory experience (preferably in LTC/skilled nursing community) Excellent leadership skills

Current CPR/BLS First Aid Certification

Genuine passion for working with seniors

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Ability to lead and foster teamwork

Good documentation skills

Strong organization and time management skills

Comply with current federal, state, and local regulations governing nursing care in the execution of assigned duties.
