Client Manager - Benefits Division

Join our dynamic Total Rewards team in the vibrant Central/Northern Vermont market as a Client Manager! Here, you'll have the exciting opportunity to build strong client relationships while delivering exceptional service and support. In this client-facing role, you’ll lead benefit platform initiatives, support open enrollment, manage reporting and compliance tasks, and coordinate employee communications. You’ll also assist with RFPs, renewal tracking, and ongoing client meetings. This position offers flexibility, including the option to work remotely. Because we value in‑person collaboration for training, client support, and strategic meetings, qualified candidates must live within reasonable travel distance to our NH location.
