We also provide employee assistance programs to help maintain a healthy lifestyle in every aspectCompany Events – We offer company events for you and your family, in addition to associate recognition programs, like Cheers for Peers.Typical Duties:Follow SBG's 10 steps to a sales call.Establish and grow productive, professional relationships with retail owners, buyers, managers and personnel.Strive to ensure all of our Company's retail execution standards are being met.Execute retail programs as defined by our Company's chain management and ensures planogram integrity.Review and adjust customer generated orders.Take inventory and write replenishment orders.Seek out opportunities and effectively sell in new product placements, displays, and resets.Refresh and rotate existing product, displays and responsible for all merchandising activities.Execute the following:Organize product in the back room.Ensure product is rotated according to SBG's product quality standards.Fill U-Boats if necessary.Fill shelves and coolers from displaysAttend resets in his or her accounts as requested by the Regional Director.Work safely and follow policies and procedures.Work cooperatively with delivery and merchandising support .Maintain compliance with federal, state and local laws and regulations.Follow all company policies and procedures.Skills & Qualifications:Previous sales experienceAbility to problem solve and influence othersKnowledge of customers service standardsProblem solving and organizational skillsAbility to maneuver 168-pound kegs and 35-pound cases on a regular basisValid driver's license and auto insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr
