E-Commerce Operations Specialist

- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in e-commerce or retail.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Customer Relationship Management, Sales and Marketing strategies, and Digital Marketing. Familiarity with Shopify and TikTok is preferred.
- Working Conditions: Primarily remote, with occasional in-person meetings. Flexibility in hours may be required.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for e-commerce.
