• Utilize analysis skills to evaluate client data, recommend suitable insurance products, and optimize coverage solutions.
• Stay informed about industry trends, insurance regulation changes, and product knowledge to ensure compliance and provide expert guidance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales within the insurance industry.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing sales effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and communication purposes.
• Experience selling insurance products as auto insurance, homeowners insurance or commercial insurance is required.
• Knowledge of various insurance types including, personal and commercial auto, homeowners and commercial insurance is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, bilingual English and spanish is a must.
• Demonstrated customer service excellence with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Understanding of insurance regulation standards and benefits administration processes is advantageous.
