Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy evaluations and treatments to patients in accordance with facility protocols and professional standards
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support patient functional goals
• Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care
• Maintain valid state or federal issued photo identification and wear a facility-issued photo badge at all times while on site

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of Washington
• Valid state or federal issued photo identification required
• Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday, day shift

• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
• Strong documentation and time management skills

• Expected 35 hours per week providing a consistent and stable schedule throughout the contract period
• 13-week contract offering a defined engagement with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes
