We are seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team in Rice Lake, WI. Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
  
• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
  
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to nursing staff.
  
• Accurately document care provided.
  
• Promote a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
  
• Work collaboratively with the care team to support residents’ individual needs.

Qualifications:

• Current Wisconsin CNA certification 
  
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  
• Previous experience in senior living, long-term care, or healthcare setting a plus.
  
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented.
