Job Summary The Production Lead is responsible for the direction and supervision of the day-to-day activities in the facility. A Lead will ensure the crew is following procedures, including taking breaks at specified times and remaining at the machine until they are relieved by the next shift. Leads will control machines and take charge of industrial operations. The Lead also handles and moves objects, monitors processes and inspects materials, structures, and equipment. We are seeking a Production Lead to oversee and manage our production team. Qualifications Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards Problem-solving abilities High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus Basic Microsoft Office knowledge (Word & Excel) Responsibilities Coordinate and oversee the daily operations of the production team Train, mentor, and provide guidance to production employees Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality Identify and address any issues that may impact production schedules Collaborate with other departments to meet production goals Maintain a safe and clean work environment Track and report on production metrics Implement process improvements to optimize production Work Environment Our production facility operates (4) 12-hour shifts.
