Personal Injury Attorney – Hybrid (Philadelphia, PA & Cherry Hill, NJ)
Salary: $100,000 – $180,000 based on experience
Bonuses: Quarterly + End-of-Year Bonus
Future Earning Potential: Opportunity to earn a percentage of fees generated
Hybrid Schedule: Philadelphia & Cherry Hill offices
No Requirement to Generate Your Own Cases
Lundy Law is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our team in a hybrid capacity supporting both our Philadelphia, PA and Cherry Hill, NJ offices .
This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who has experience handling all aspects of personal injury litigation , enjoys managing their own caseload, and thrives working collaboratively with both litigation and pre-litigation teams .

Qualifications
- PA and NJ Bar Admission Required
- J.D. required
- 3–10+ years of Personal Injury experience
- Familiarity with Litify software is a plus
- Strong written, oral, and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Manage a personal injury litigation caseload
- Evaluate claims and develop litigation strategies
- Prepare pleadings, motions, discovery, and depositions
- Conduct legal research and draft briefs, opinions, and memorandums
- Litigate pre-trial motions
- Prepare for and represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and trials, including jury trials
- Maintain strong file management and compliance with deadlines
