responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of manufacturing processes, tooling, and production standards at facility.
• Drive continuous improvement, cost reduction, and ergonomic safety across production operations using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Coordinate new product introductions and engineering changes while balancing work timing, processes, and manpower requirements.
• Partner with cross-functional Engineering and Materials teams to conduct design reviews, support prototype builds, and optimize material flow using Lean principles.
• Provide technical leadership, coaching, and mentorship to Manufacturing Engineers to ensure quality performance and plant targets are met.
