Propósito Central Liderar y coordinar la operación del sector de Autoservicio de Casa Central, asegurando la disponibilidad permanente de productos, la correcta ejecución comercial del salón y una experiencia de compra de excelencia, mediante una gestión eficiente del equipo y de los procesos operativos. Actividades principales Liderar, organizar y desarrollar al equipo de trabajo, promoviendo una cultura de compromiso, colaboración y mejora continua. Asegurar la correcta reposición y disponibilidad de productos, garantizando el abastecimiento permanente del sector. Supervisar la ejecución de la exhibición y reposicion de productos Gestionar y controlar el stock del sector, realizando seguimiento de inventarios y proponiendo acciones para minimizar quiebres y diferencias. Velar por el orden, la limpieza y el mantenimiento del salón, asegurando una experiencia de compra ágil y atractiva para los clientes. Identificar oportunidades de mejora en los procesos operativos, proponiendo e implementando acciones que contribuyan a la eficiencia del sector. Coordinar las tareas diarias del equipo, realizando seguimientos periódicos y brindando acompañamiento para el desarrollo de sus integrantes. Monitorear el cumplimiento de los indicadores operativos y comerciales del sector, impulsando acciones para alcanzar los objetivos establecidos. Trabajar de forma coordinada con las distintas áreas de la empresa para asegurar el correcto funcionamiento de la operación. Requisitos excluyentes Experiencia mínima de 2 años liderando equipos en operaciones de retail, supermercados o tiendas de artículos para el hogar. Experiencia en gestión de reposición, abastecimiento, control de stock e inventarios. Manejo intermedio de herramientas digitales. Valorado Experiencia en grandes superficies, supermercados o cadenas de retail con operaciones de autoservicio. Conocimientos de visual merchandising, layout comercial y estándares de ejecución en tienda. Manejo de herramientas de facturación y sistemas de gestión de stock.
