Identify and target new commercial clients through networking and outreach. Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate customer records. Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competition. Collaborate with marketing to create promotional materials and campaigns. Train and mentor junior sales staff to enhance team performance. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients. Prepare and present sales reports to senior management. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in commercial sales, preferably in the service industry. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. Self-motivated with excellent time management skills. Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
