Cardiology Nurse Manager

This 300+ bed Magnet campus delivers advanced care in robotic and endovascular surgery, general surgery, orthopedics and sports medicine, spine and back services, emergency medicine, and weight loss surgery. They are looking for a Cardiology Nurse Manager to join the team.

This campus is known for its dedicated heart failure clinic, advanced interventional techniques, and cardiac rehabilitation program. This Manager will be over their two cath labs, one EP lab, IR, non-invasive cardiology, rehab, the heart failure clinic, and vascular access. They do around 2,000 procedures a year. This leader will have 55 FTEs and report to the Director of Cardiology, who has been here for over 13 years! She wants someone who is approachable, that can work well within a team setting and believes that the role of a leader in healthcare is to empower positive behaviors and keep everyone engaged.

Salary: The midpoint for this role is 140k with a swing on either side based on years of experience and education.

Requirements:

• RN, BSN Required, Masters preferred.
• Five years of cardiology and cath lab experience required.
• Two years of leadership within cardiology and cath lab required.
