Travel Surgical Technologist Opportunity

Travel Surgical Technologist opportunity in the Operating Room. This position is for the day shift from 7 AM to 5 PM. The unit has a total of 16 beds. Staffing includes a charge nurse, registered nurses, certified nursing assistants, and sitters. The typical patient ratio may vary between day and night shifts. Key equipment includes DaVinci Robotics. Electronic medical record system used is Meditech/CPN. Candidates with transplant and spine experience are highly preferred. Experience with Meditech is a plus. Typical procedures performed include total joints and spine surgeries, kidney and liver transplants, robotics, vascular, ENT, and plastics. The unit operates on a flexible scheduling basis. On-call duty is required on weekends, typically involving 8-12 calls within an 8-week period. A 30-minute response time is mandatory when on-call.
