Registered Nurse

Bronx Center seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, resident-centered care in a skilled nursing and rehab setting. RNs complete assessments, manage medications and treatments, support rehab goals, and coordinate individualized care plans with an interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities include monitoring changes in condition, timely documentation in EMR, and educating residents and families.
