Knowledgeable about the menu and the varying products we carry A Day In The Brunch Life Every day has a different flavor as you work for Hash Kitchen. As a Dishwasher, your job will be to clean and sanitize dishes so that Cooks have the supplies they need to prepare food and serve mouth-watering brunch food. As a Dishwasher for Hash Kitchen, you will; Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans, using a dishwasher or by hand. Keep the dishwasher clean and stocked. Immediately report any functional or mechanical problems to the Kitchen Manager. Monitor dishwasher water temperature to ensure sanitary wash cycle Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in a clean and orderly condition Clean and remove trash from designated kitchen areas Organize clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in storage areas Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware for the dining room and kitchen Maintain proper levels of dish detergents and cleaning supplies Perform other duties as assigned by store management Who We Are At Hash Kitchen, breakfast classics are remixed and reimagined!
