Group Quality Supervisor

Charlie Health is seeking a Group Quality Supervisor to ensure excellence across our virtual IOP and PHP group programs for teens, young adults, and families. This role oversees the quality of group documentation, outcomes, and compliance, partnering closely with clinical leadership to uphold evidence-based standards. You will review group notes and treatment plans, analyze quality metrics, and lead process improvements that enhance safety, effectiveness, and consistency. In our mission-driven, collaborative environment, you’ll directly impact access to high-quality mental healthcare while helping scale innovative, tech-enabled behavioral health solutions nationwide.
