As an On-Site Staffing Lead, you will be a key point of contact for Verstela employees working at the client facility. You will spend time on the production floor supporting employees, coaching performance, assisting with onboarding, and building strong relationships with supervisors and management. On-Site Staffing Lead Job Duties Coach, train, and provide ongoing support to employees Conduct regular employee check-ins and provide performance feedback Build strong relationships with department leads, supervisors, HR, and management Support employee onboarding and new-hire training Work side-by-side with employees on the production floor Provide break relief and production support when needed Monitor attendance, performance, and employee engagement Address employee concerns and communicate updates to Verstela and client leadership Promote a safe, respectful, inclusive, and harassment-free work environment Reinforce safety procedures and workplace expectations Pay $23$25 per hour, depending on experience Schedule MondayFriday 1st Shift: 5:00 AM1:30 PM Shift times may vary depending on business needs.
