Operations Manager

Job Description Provide daily administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth operations. Support team members with various operational and coordination tasks. Organize, file, and maintain both digital and physical records. Assist with invoice management. Monitor and order supplies and inventory. Provide customer support where needed. Skills & Qualifications Advanced English language skills (verbal and written). Proficient in Microsoft Office suite. Ability to manage time effectively and be dependable. Possess high attention to detail and accuracy. Maintain discretion with confidential information. Flexible and adaptable in a fast‑paced or changing environment.
