Description:

Therapists can choose between five 8-hour days or four 10-hour days. We schedule 14 evaluations per week for each therapist, with the remainder being treatments. Chart review time is allocated twice daily for 30 minutes during 8-hour shifts, and three times daily for 30 minutes during 10-hour shifts. This is a free-standing outpatient facility where we provide one-on-one patient care. Evaluations are scheduled for 60 minutes, while most treatment sessions are 30 minutes, with some extending to 45 or 60 minutes based on individual needs. Approximately 70% of our patients are orthopedic cases, and 30% are neurological cases. We offer a variety of specialized services, including pelvic health, lymphedema management, chronic pain therapy, vestibular rehabilitation, and more. Therapists work collaboratively with physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists. Therapists are required to receive training on our electronic medical record system during orientation. New therapists will begin with a manageable patient load, with additional charting time provided in the initial weeks. Business casual attire is expected. We maintain a structured productivity standard for evaluations and treatments. No floating between facilities is required, ensuring a focused patient care environment.
