Pay: $17.05 per hour

As a Pizza Maker, you'll play one of the most important roles in our restaurant. Every pizza you prepare helps create memorable experiences for our guests and keeps them coming back.

You'll prepare fresh ingredients, handcraft pizzas to our recipes, maintain a clean and organized kitchen, and work alongside teammates who care about doing things the right way.

No two shifts are exactly the same—and that's part of what makes the job exciting.

• Prepare fresh ingredients and stock your station for success
• Hand-stretch dough and build pizzas using our signature recipes
• Measure and portion ingredients to ensure every pizza meets Home Run Inn standards
• Bake, monitor, slice, and finish pizzas with accuracy and consistency
• Read guest orders carefully to ensure every pizza is made correctly

• Follow food safety, sanitation, and safe food handling procedures
• Rotate ingredients using FIFO practices
• Monitor product freshness and quality throughout your shift
• Keep ovens, prep stations, and equipment clean and ready for service
• Follow all Home Run Inn recipes and Standard Operating Procedures

• Help with stocking, inventory, and kitchen organization
• Pitch in wherever needed during busy shifts
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
• Work together to deliver an outstanding guest experience

• Take pride in preparing great food

• Pay attention to details and follow recipes consistently
• Believe every guest deserves a great meal every time

• Must be at least 16 years old to operate kitchen equipment
• Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices (or willingness to learn)
• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout your shift
• Ability to bend, reach, lift, and regularly move up to 50 pounds safely
• Comfortable working around hot ovens, kitchen equipment, and varying temperatures
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Food Handler Certification within 30 days of hire
• Safety shoes within 30 days of hire
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language spoken by our guests
