• Greet residents and guests with professionalism and warmth
• Manage seating and dining room flow
• Maintain podium organization and meal tallies
• Support table service and assist servers as needed
• Monitor dining room presentation and readiness
• Communicate special requests to the kitchen and service team
• Uphold hospitality and safety standards

You play a key role in creating a welcoming, organized dining experience where residents feel valued and respected.
