Position Summary The Regional Human Resources Manager is someone who wants to learn the operations and serve as a true business partner. One who is solution‑focused and over the top about internal customer service. One who constantly thinks about “how can we make this better” and “what if”. This position is responsible for a large client group across several cities and may require some travel. Position reports to Director of HR. Responsibilities Serve as main point of contact for human resources for designated client groups Assist employees and managers to positively resolve concerns Provide employee coaching and counseling for issues and complaints Coach managers on employee issues and guide them on the progressive discipline process Provide guidance on Company policies and procedures Partner with Benefits, Recruiting and Payroll teams on projects, solving problems and developing solutions Other duties as assigned Education And Experience Bachelor's degree from four‑year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience 5-7 years human resources experience Human Resources certification (SHRM or HRCI) a plus Ultimate Software experience a plus Tech‑savvy; comfortable learning and utilizing new technology and platforms Discretion in dealing with confidential information In‑depth knowledge of HRIS processes and capabilities Ability to manage multiple, changing priorities, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment Strong time management skills Passionate about providing client‑focused solutions and support Proficiency using Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams highly preferred Physical Requirements May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time Must be able to read documents, computer screens and data Must be able to hear and understand verbal communications in person and over the phone or computer May occasionally be required to lift or carry items such as files or office supplies weighing up to 15 pounds Must be able to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse and other office equipment Work Environment This is a hybrid role, requiring the associate to work in one of our corporate or regional offices 4 days per week The office is an open setting which may include bright lights, constant noises and distractions Company Information Join RPM Living and experience exceptional benefits designed to enhance your life.
