Care Gap Program Coordinator

Abbott seeks a Care Gap Program Coordinator to support health system care gap initiatives in Madison, Wisconsin. The role involves managing data validation, coordinating program orders, and partnering with internal teams to ensure accurate program execution and patient eligibility verification.

Responsibilities

• Validate customer data files against Cologuard ordering requirements and coordinate corrections with Customer Success Managers
• Generate and distribute reports using Tableau and Epic to internal stakeholders
• Notify Patient and Provider Support of bulk orders and communicate relevant information to call center teams
• Process care gap program data from spreadsheets and identify data quality issues
• Identify process improvement opportunities within the Gap Closure Program Execution team

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or related field; or high school diploma with 4+ years relevant experience
• 2+ years operational or related experience
• Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Proficiency with Tableau and Epic systems
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Authorization to work in United States without sponsorship

Compensation: $61,300–$122,700 base
