Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced 30-bed Medical ICU setting
• Manage and monitor patients presenting with conditions including sepsis, heart failure, hypertensive emergency, respiratory failure, COPD, chronic kidney disease, Type 2 diabetes, alcohol/substance use disorders, status epilepticus, and encephalopathy
• Operate and manage mechanical ventilators for critically ill patients
• Administer and monitor drips (vasoactive and other continuous IV infusions)
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to deliver high-acuity critical care

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Minimum 3 years of ICU experience required
• ACLS certification required
• BLS certification required
• Proficiency with mechanical ventilators and continuous IV drip management

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced Medical ICU environment
• Familiarity with a diverse patient population presenting with complex, multi-system conditions
• Strong critical thinking and prioritization skills in high-acuity situations
