Join Ennoble Care today!Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Full-time Intake Nurse to work a hybrid schedule and support our Philadelphia, PA market!Ennoble Care values Honoring the patients we serve. Come be a part of a great team, passionate about providing excellent patient care and having a great time working together.Position Responsibilities:Answering phones, receives all referral and intake information.Complete referral/intake forms and route them appropriately for admission approval.Assist in the scheduling of appropriately skilled person to fill the case, inputs scheduling information on the computer.Check common working files for Medicare Coverage and verification of benefit period.Perform other duties as directed.Job Conditions:Office setting that will require regular phone usage, sitting, stooping and lifting of office supplies (ex. printer paper stacks).The job requires the ability to utilize a PC, calculator, multi-line telephone, and other related office equipment.Qualifications:High school graduate or GEDLPN license in the state of Pennsylvania.Experience in a Home Health Care or Hospice setting preferredMust be computer literate and able maintain simple recordsMust be able to communicate effectively orally and in writingMust have at least 3 years of Customer service experienceMust have at least 3 years of EMR System experiencePay Range: Starting at $65,000Full-time employees qualify for the following benefits:Medical, Dental, Vision and supplementary benefits such as Life Insurance, Short Term and Long Term Disability, Flexible Spending Accounts for Medical and Dependent Care, Accident, Critical Illness, and Hospital Indemnity.Paid Time OffPaid Office HolidaysAll employees qualify for these benefits:Paid Sick Time401(k) with up to 3% company matchReferral ProgramPayactiv: pay-on-demand.
