Application Requirements & Essential Functions for Front End Manager (Cashier Assistant Manager):

• Must demonstrate the ability to remain calm under pressure as a Front End Manager
• Must be a customer service-oriented team player and have the ability to pay close attention to detail
• Must have the ability to effectively communicate with customers, coworkers, and other business contacts in a courteous and professional manner
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays per business needs
• Front End Manager candidates must be at least eighteen years of age or older and be able to pass a standard background check
• Ability to operate various computer software including Microsoft programs
• Experience hiring, coaching, scheduling, training, etc. is preferred but not required

General Summary:

As a member of the cashier management team you will be responsible for daily supervision and motivation of the cashiering and customer service staff. You, a Front End Manager, will demonstrate and enforce the policies, procedures and philosophies of Kevin, Inc. Front End Managers directly report to the Divisional Managers of Retail. Requires regular exercise of independent judgment. Supervises and trains employees, assists other managers and supervisors in fulfilling the objectives of the Cashier Department and the Company as a Front End Manager. Has direct supervision over the Cashiers, Customer Service and Senior Cashiers. Qualified candidates must be available to work Monday 11am-7pm, Thursday 9am-5pm, Friday 9am-7pm, Saturday 11am-7pm, and Sunday 11am-7pm or Friday-Monday 9am-7pm if a four-day work week is desired.
