On-Call Banquet Houseperson

Overview The Banquet Houseperson is responsible for preparing, setting up, and breaking down event spaces, including banquet rooms, meeting areas, and hallways, in accordance with client requirements and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs). Duties include transporting equipment, arranging tables and chairs, and ensuring all areas are clean and properly maintained. This role may also assist with service needs and requires strong attention to safety and sanitation standards, along with the physical ability to lift and move items weighing over 75 lbs.
