Position Title: RN for NICU

Join our team in a dynamic 20-bed Level 3 Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) who is passionate about providing exceptional care to infants in critical condition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill infants.
• Manage infants on various forms of respiratory support, including ventilators and oscillators.
• Utilize hypothermia therapy as needed for eligible patients.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create individualized care plans.
• Support families in a compassionate and family-centered environment.

Qualifications:

• Current and valid state nursing license.
• Certification in Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Experience in a NICU setting is preferred.

Unit Description:

Our NICU is a 20-bed, family-friendly unit dedicated to the care of premature and critically ill infants. We pride ourselves on providing high-quality care with providers available on-site 24/7. Our team values collaboration and communication, fostering a supportive work environment for all staff.
