If Seasonal Clinical Analyst sounds like something you would be interested in, and you meet the qualifications listed below, apply now!Responsibilities for Seasonal Clinical Analyst include but are not limited to:Create and manage weekly clinician outreach and data mining assignments based on business priorities and available inventory.Develop and maintain operational reports and dashboards tracking productivity, outreach volume, quality performance, gap closure, and key metrics.Perform data analysis and quality assurance reviews to identify data integrity issues, reporting errors, and process defects.Use Excel and Alteryx to extract, transform, validate, automate, and report operational data.Prepare leadership reporting packages, process documentation (SOPs, workflows, process maps), and recommend process improvement opportunities.Candidates for Seasonal Clinical Analyst must meet the following requirements to be considered:1+ year of HEDIS® experience or experience with similar healthcare regulatory reporting programs.2+ years of Business Analytics or Clinical Analytics experience.2+ years of process improvement experience supporting operational initiatives.Strong Excel skills (data analysis, reporting, data validation, dashboards).Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting insights to leadership and cross-functional teams.What's in this Seasonal Clinical Analyst position for you?$26.75/hr.Shift: Onsite - Monday - Friday / 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CT or ETWeekly paycheckDedicated Onboarding Specialist & Recruiter Access to Adecco's Aspire Academy with thousands of free upskilling courses.This Clinical Analyst is being recruited by one of our Centralized Delivery Team and not your local Branch.
